Angora Kittens.

The month of May, 2014, has been a very busy month. Our rescue work keeps increasing day by day and our telephone rings until late nights.

Among the five calls we received in just one week informing us about pregnant or lactant mothers that we needed to go save was the call about the Angora Boys. Why are we calling them like this?

It was noon when we left our barn to go find these cuties. The 5 acres property where their mother was dumped last year was a 30 km passing Sooke. A couple of wonderful human beings fed the boys' mother and her siblings until now, but sadly, they are now leaving the isolated area.

The clock is ticking and we need to capture the 2 mothers with their babies and the 2 toms. Our plan is to save them all even if we have to travel down there every day. What are we going to do with them after this? We do not know because our barn is getting pretty full, but as Peter Pan said, "believe on it and it will happen".

The second litter we rescued is this one with 4 boys and a girl. We are still trying to catch their mother, her sister and her brothers. We will continue relating the events as they will happen.

For now, let's just talk about these poor angels who we can say, they would not have survived another week without our intervention. In order to do the work we do, we need everybody's help. Please, contact us if you can help in any way. Gas is expensive and so are the visits to the doctor. By adopting one of these defenceless beings you are saving them.
